We pride ourselves in the presentation of our apartment. Along with our management
team we will do everything we can to ensure that your stay in Casa Mojo will be an enjoyable one.
The
apartment is ideal for couples, children are welcome but unfortunately we are unable to accommodate
four adults. This spaceous apartment enjoys a superb
location on a quiet corner and it is no more than ten paces to the heated poolside. The large tiled patio area
is private and secure with sunshine from mid-morning through to sunset. You will have the choice as
to whether to relax on your own private patio, or enjoy the friendly atmosphere at poolside. There is patio furniture
for private use.

Our apartment is no more than ten paces
from the superb salt water lagoon style pool and Jacuzzi. There is also a smaller heated pool. Surrounded
by lush tropical gardens, it has become one of the most photographic locations in Tenerife and is just perfect for swimming, relaxation or
for you to enjoy the Tenerife sunshine.
Families of all ages benefit from the apartment
location, being ground floor makes it easily accessible, with level pathways that take you to the sea front promenade, or
the superb street that fronts Parque Santiago 3 known as "The Strip". With excellent shopping, restaurants
and night life, this is the perfect spot to base your holiday.

Wining and dining are
all part of your holiday experience and you will find lots of fine restaurants locally or within the resort centres.
Sometimes a quiet night in is called for, in which case, our fully modernised kitchen should do the trick. There is a four plate electric hob and oven,
fridge, toaster and microwave. We have ensured that there is a full compliment of kitchen equipment at your disposal
and ample larder units for storage. There is a superb supermarket opposite Parque santiago
3 main entrance, that should cater for all your needs. Our aim is to ensure, you have flexibility
and choice during your stay.
The living room area
is light, airy and benefits from modern soft furnishings, including, a double bed settee, with an easy open and fold
away mechanism, which will sleep two additional guests in comfort. Satellite TV, with UK sports/news channels and a DVD
player.
Patio doors lead out to the large terrace and patio area. This is where we ask any of
our guests who smoke to indulge, as we have a non smoking policy within the apartment. Being
on the ground floor, this accommodation is ideal for families with small children, or people with walking difficulties.
Our apartment is wheelchair friendly.

This spacious bedroom consists of two comfortable single beds, two built-in
double wardrobes and ample drawer space. The third built-in double wardrobe is located in the hallway. Patio
doors lead out onto the large sun terrace and patio area.
Other information Linen and bathroom towels are provided. Weekly cleaning service, that
includes linen and towel change. If more are required, it can be arranged, given prior notice.
Shower-room Fresh and modern, with handbasin & w.c., bidet, shower, with instant hot
water. Electric fan to ventilate.
